The ESD13V5T3B is a bidirectional ESD protection diode designed to provide robust electrostatic protection for signal lines in high-voltage applications. The device has a reverse working voltage of 13.5V and a minimum reverse breakdown voltage of 14V, ensuring stable operation of a single signal under harsh conditions. Its reverse leakage current is as low as 0.2μA maximum at VRWM. Under transient voltage shock, the device achieves an 18V clamping voltage in an 8/20μs pulse test, and can simultaneously conduct a maximum reverse peak pulse current of 7A to provide precise overvoltage control.
Fully compliant with the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard, the contact discharge and air discharge protection levels are both ±30kV. The ESD13V5T3B has a typical junction capacitance of 15pF, optimizes electromagnetic compatibility, and is suitable for industrial control, communication equipment and other fields with high requirements for signal integrity, providing an integrated electrostatic protection solution. ESD13V5T3B adopts the industry-standard SOT-323 package.
