The ESD24VD3 is a high-reliability unidirectional ESD protection diode designed for protecting data lines and various I/O ports. With excellent electrostatic discharge suppression capabilities, the ESD24VD3 can withstand shocks up to ±30kV, meeting the requirements of the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard, providing a solid anti-static barrier for sensitive circuits.
The component has a diode capacitance as low as 55pF, making it suitable for data transmission lines with high signal integrity requirements. Under specific test conditions, it exhibits a clamping voltage of 48V and can withstand a maximum reverse peak pulse current of up to 8A, providing reliable system-level protection against sudden transient events.
The device supports a reverse working voltage of 24V and has a minimum breakdown voltage of 26V. The ESD24VD3 integrates ±30kV ESD protection level and pulse current withstand capability, and has passed AEC-Q101 certification, which can provide strong transient protection and is widely used in automotive electronics, industrial control systems and other critical applications that focus on circuit stability and environmental tolerance.
ESD24VD3 adopts the industry-standard SOD 323 package.
