The ESD3304 is a unidirectional four-channel ESD protection diode designed to provide robust protection for multiple signal lines. The device supports a reverse working voltage of 3.3V and a reverse breakdown voltage of 3.8V, ensuring independent and stable operation of four signals under various working conditions. Its reverse leakage current is as low as 1μA maximum at VRWM. Under transient voltage shock, the device achieves a clamping voltage of 12V to 16V in an 8/20μs pulse test, and can simultaneously conduct a maximum reverse peak pulse current of 25A, providing precise overvoltage control for four channels.
Complying with the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard, the contact discharge and air discharge protection levels are both ±30kV. The device has a diode capacitance of 2pF to 5pF, which helps optimize the transmission quality and electromagnetic compatibility of high-speed signals. Serves consumer electronics products, communication interfaces, and other occasions that require multi-channel integrated protection solutions with strict requirements on circuit stability. ESD3304 adopts the industry-standard SOP-8 package.
