ESD3V3APB is a bidirectional ESD protection diode designed for 3.3V precision electronic systems. The device has a maximum reverse operating peak voltage of 3.3V and a reverse breakdown voltage range of 4V to 7V, ensuring stable operation of dual-channel signals in a wide voltage fluctuation environment. Its reverse leakage current is up to 0.5μA at VRWM. Under transient voltage shock, the device achieves 15V clamping voltage in 8/20μs pulse test, can simultaneously carry 20A maximum reverse peak pulse current, and implements dynamic voltage clamping for positive and negative polarity signals.
It fully complies with the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard, and the contact discharge and air discharge protection levels are both ±30kV. The 200pF junction capacitance design is compatible with high-frequency and low-speed signal transmission requirements, and is mainly used in 3.3V precision circuits such as smartphone interfaces, IoT devices and industrial sensors. ESD3V3APB adopts the industry-standard SOT-23 package.
