ESD5V0D3B is a high-performance bidirectional TVS diode array designed for protecting high-speed data interfaces and precision I/O ports. The device is IEC 61000-4-2 certified and can effectively intercept ±30kV contact/air discharge shocks, building multiple ESD protection mechanisms for electronic systems.
Its ultra-low diode capacitance is typically 60pF, which significantly reduces the transmission loss of high-speed differential signals and adapts to the signal integrity requirements of ultra-high-speed interfaces such as USB4 and DisplayPort. Based on the IEC 61000-4-5 standard surge test verification, the dynamic clamping voltage is only 12V at a peak pulse current of 30A, providing reliable surge event suppression capabilities.
Supports 5.0V reverse shutdown voltage, and the minimum breakdown voltage of 5.5V ensures precise conduction characteristics. ESD5V0D3B combines 30kV human body discharge model protection and 30A high-energy surge tolerance to provide effective protection for transient sensitive systems such as smartphones, wearable devices and consumer electronics.
ESD5V0D3B adopts the industry-standard SOD 323 package.
