The ESD5V0D3P11 is a high-performance unidirectional ESD protection diode designed to protect sensitive data lines and various I/O ports from electrostatic discharge shocks. The device provides a 5V reverse working voltage and has a minimum reverse breakdown voltage of 5.5V to ensure the stability of the circuit under normal working conditions.
When faced with sudden transient events, the ESD5V0D3P11 exhibits strong voltage clamping capabilities, and its typical clamping voltage is 9.5V under standard test conditions. The device can withstand a maximum reverse peak pulse current of 110A, providing excellent transient overvoltage protection for the system.
The ESD protection performance complies with the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard, with a contact discharge and air discharge protection level of up to ±30kV.
