The ESDLC15VD3 is a unidirectional ESD protection diode designed for protecting precision data lines and various I/O interfaces. The device supports a reverse operating voltage of 15V, has a minimum breakdown voltage of 16.7V, and an extremely low diode capacitance of 1pF. In the event of a transient event, the ESDLC15VD3 exhibits excellent clamping performance, with a clamping voltage of 30V under specific test conditions. The device can withstand a maximum reverse peak pulse current of up to 12A, providing effective system-level protection against sudden transient events.
The ESD protection performance of the ESDLC15VD3 complies with the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard, providing core electrostatic protection functions for electronic systems. Its integrated high-level ESD protection and strong pulse current capability, as well as AEC-Q101 certification, can provide reliable protection performance and is widely used in automotive electronics, high-speed communication interfaces, and other critical applications that require high circuit stability and adaptability to harsh environments. ESDLC15VD3 adopts the industry-standard SOD 323 package.
