ESDLC5V0D3 is a high-efficiency unidirectional ESD protection diode developed for precision protection of 5V ultra-high-speed data interfaces. The device supports 5V reverse shutdown voltage and 6V minimum breakdown voltage, achieving femtosecond precision response in complex noise environments. The diode capacitance as low as 1pF makes it an ideal choice for high-speed data transmission and applications with extremely high requirements for signal integrity. Passed IEC 61000-4-5 surge certification, and stably maintained 18.3V dynamic clamping voltage under 12A peak surge current impact, providing ultra-low residual voltage protection for automotive Gigabit Ethernet PHY chips.
ESD protection performance is up to ±30kV, fully complies with the highest standard of IEC 61000-4-2, and passed AEC-Q101 automotive certification. It is suitable for core systems with zero tolerance for femtosecond phase jitter, such as L4 autonomous driving sensors, 800G optical modules, and satellite communication terminals. ESDLC5V0D3 adopts the industry-standard SOD 323 package.
