The ESDLC5V0D8B is a bidirectional single-channel ESD protection diode designed for high-speed signal path protection. The device has a maximum reverse operating peak voltage of 5V and a reverse breakdown voltage range of 5.6V to 9.5V, ensuring signal fidelity in the working state. Its reverse leakage current is as low as 0.1μA maximum at VRWM. In transient voltage events, the device achieves a typical clamping voltage of 13V under 8/20μs pulse test, can handle a maximum reverse peak pulse current of 3.5A, and provides precise overvoltage control.
Its ESD protection performance complies with the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard, with a contact discharge level of 25kV and an air discharge level of 20kV. The ultra-low junction capacitance of 3.5pF minimizes signal loss and is mainly used in scenarios such as high-speed communication interfaces, precision measuring instruments, and portable medical devices, providing optimized electrostatic protection solutions for sensitive circuits. ESDLC5V0D8B adopts the industry-standard SOD882 package.
