The ESDSM712 is a bidirectional dual-channel ESD protection diode designed to provide reliable protection for sensitive electronic systems. The device supports a reverse working voltage of 12V or 7V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 13V or 7.5V, ensuring independent and stable operation of dual-channel signals under harsh working conditions. Its reverse leakage current is as low as 0.1μA maximum at VRWM. Under transient voltage shock, the device achieves a clamping voltage of 17V or 10.5V in an 8/20μs pulse test, and can simultaneously conduct a maximum reverse peak pulse current of 15A or 20A, providing precise overvoltage control for dual channels.
Complying with the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard, the contact discharge and air discharge protection levels are both ±30kV. The 75pF diode capacitance helps ensure signal transmission quality and electromagnetic compatibility performance. It is suitable for consumer electronics products, communication interfaces and other occasions that require integrated multi-channel protection solutions that focus on circuit reliability and transient overvoltage protection. ESDSM712 adopts the industry-standard SOT-23 package.
