ESDULC5V0D8B is a bidirectional single-channel ESD protection diode designed for ultra-high-speed signal interfaces. The device has a maximum reverse operating peak voltage of 5V and a minimum reverse breakdown voltage range of 6V to 9V, ensuring low interference characteristics in the working state. Its reverse leakage current is as low as 0.1μA maximum at VRWM. During transient voltage events, the device maintains a typical clamping voltage of 15V under 8/20μs pulse test and can handle a maximum reverse peak pulse current of 1A for precise voltage suppression.
It complies with the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard, with a contact discharge protection level of 15kV and an air discharge level of 8kV. The ultra-low junction capacitance of 0.5pF ensures signal integrity and is mainly used in high-speed and low-power scenarios such as USB 3.0/HDMI 2.0 interfaces, IoT sensors and wearable devices. ESDULC5V0D8B adopts the industry-standard SOD882 package.
