ESDULC5V0D9 is a single-channel ESD protection diode with ultra-low capacitance characteristics, designed to provide precise protection for high-speed data lines. The device has a reverse working voltage of 5V and a reverse breakdown voltage range of 6V to 9V, ensuring the independent stability of a single high-speed signal under harsh working conditions. Its reverse leakage current is as low as 0.1μA maximum at VRWM. Under transient voltage shock, the device achieves a clamping voltage of 15V in an 8/20μs pulse test, and can simultaneously conduct a maximum reverse peak pulse current of 4A, providing precise overvoltage control for a single channel.
Fully compliant with the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard, the contact discharge and air discharge protection levels are both ±16kV. The typical junction capacitance value of 0.5pF to 0.7pF greatly optimizes electromagnetic compatibility and is suitable for high-speed data interfaces such as USB, HDMI, and other application scenarios with strict signal integrity requirements. ESDULC5V0D9 adopts the industry-standard SOD923 package.
