The NRESDLLC24VD8B is a bidirectional ESD protection diode designed to provide high-speed and robust protection for high-voltage data lines. The device supports a reverse working voltage of 24V and a reverse breakdown voltage range of 24.5V to 31.5V, ensuring independent stability of single-channel signals under harsh working conditions. Its reverse leakage current is as low as 30μA maximum at VRWM. Under transient voltage shock, the device achieves a clamping voltage of 17V in an 8/20μs pulse test, and can simultaneously conduct a maximum reverse peak pulse current of 1A to provide precise overvoltage control.
Fully compliant with the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard, the contact discharge and air discharge protection levels are both ±10kV. The typical junction capacitance value of 0.3pF to 0.45pF greatly optimizes electromagnetic compatibility and is suitable for applications requiring high bandwidth and low signal loss. It is mainly used in high-speed communication interfaces, industrial control systems and other occasions that require integrated high-voltage, ultra-low capacitance protection solutions. NRESDLLC24VD8B uses the industry-standard SOD882 package.
