NRESDTLC5V0D8B is a bidirectional ESD protection diode designed to provide precise protection for high-speed data lines. The device supports a reverse working voltage of 5V and a reverse breakdown voltage range of 6.5V to 9V, ensuring the independent stability of a single high-speed signal under harsh working conditions. Its reverse leakage current is as low as 0.1μA maximum at VRWM . Under transient voltage shock, the device achieves a clamping voltage of 6.5V to 8V in an 8/20μs pulse test, and can simultaneously conduct a maximum reverse peak pulse current of 5A to provide precise overvoltage control.
Fully compliant with the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard, the contact discharge and air discharge protection levels are both ±30kV. The typical junction capacitance value of 0.1μF to 0.15pF optimizes the integrity and electromagnetic compatibility of high-speed signal transmission. It is mainly used in USB 2.0, Ethernet, and other data interfaces with strict signal integrity requirements, providing an integrated ultra-low capacitance protection solution. NRESDTLC5V0D8B adopts the industry-standard SOD882 package.
