The Y1ZD2V0 to Y1ZD75 series are surface-mount silicon planar Zener diodes housed in an ultra-thin SOD-123 package, optimized for high-density PCB designs. This series offers a wide Zener voltage range of 2.0V to 75V with ±5% accuracy and a maximum power dissipation of 500mW.
Low-voltage models offer dynamic impedance as low as 30Ω at a test current of 5mA, while high-voltage models offer dynamic impedance of 300Ω at a test current of 2.5mA. Reverse leakage current is as low as 0.1μA at the rated voltage at 5°C.
These devices utilize glass-passivated chip technology and operate over the harsh -55°C to +150°C ambient temperature range.
