This series features ±2% voltage accuracy, a maximum power dissipation of 350mW, and ultra-low dynamic impedance of 10Ω typical at a test current of 5mA or 2mA. Reverse leakage current is only 0.1μA at the rated voltage at 25°C, with a low breakover current of 0.25mA.
