The YAZ1D3V3 to YAZ1D330 series utilize SMA-packaged silicon planar Zener diodes, offering an ultra-wide voltage regulation range of 3.3V to 330V and a maximum power dissipation of 1W. They feature ultra-high voltage regulation from 313V to 346V, a minimum test current of 2500μA, and a peak surge power withstand capability of 1.2W.
They maintain 1W power output at a 75°C ambient temperature, with test currents ranging from 1mA to several hundred mA, and dynamic impedance as low as 1Ω. Reverse leakage current is as low as 1μA at the rated voltage at 25°C, and the maximum DC Zener current reaches 285mA.
These devices meet MIL-STD-750 soldering requirements and operate across a -55°C to +150°C junction temperature range. The 4.50×2.70mm SMA package with 1.70mm lead length provides a rugged surface-mount solution for high-voltage circuits.
They are suitable for industrial power systems and high-voltage protection circuit designs. Electrical characteristics are based on 8.3ms pulse testing. Dynamic impedance is significantly optimized as voltage increases, and the 330V high-voltage model maintains a 1Ω impedance characteristic, supporting precise voltage regulation in X-ray equipment, high-voltage generators, and power monitoring equipment.
