The 2RL-5.5×6 series is a leaded gas discharge tube designed to provide high-reliability overvoltage protection for transient voltage surge suppression applications. The series provides multiple DC breakdown voltages from 75V to 600V with a tolerance of ±20%, and the corresponding 1kV/μs impulse spark overvoltage range is 600V to 1400V, ensuring accurate protection threshold response. The device has a low capacitance of ≤1pF, which effectively reduces the impact on the signal integrity of high-speed communication lines, while maintaining a high insulation resistance of ≥10 GΩ to ensure a low leakage current environment. Core performance includes the ability to withstand a pulse discharge current of 5kA under an 8/20μs waveform and a 5A discharge capability at 50Hz AC.
Complies with the ITU-T K.12 standard and provides stable protection for medium-intensity surge scenarios. Supporting a wide temperature range of -40℃ to +90℃, it is suitable for power input level protection, industrial control equipment, communication base station secondary protection, and surge protector module design.
