ESD3V3AP is a unidirectional dual-channel ESD protection diode designed for synchronous protection of multiple sensitive circuits. The device has a maximum reverse operating peak voltage of 3.3V and a minimum reverse breakdown voltage of 4V, ensuring the independent stability of the dual signal paths. Its reverse leakage current is as low as 0.5μA maximum at VRWM. In transient voltage events, the device achieves a typical clamping voltage of 15V under 8/20μs pulse test, and can simultaneously conduct a maximum reverse peak pulse current of 20A, providing strong surge protection for dual channels.
Complying with the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard, the contact discharge and air discharge protection levels are both ±30kV. The 200pF junction capacitance characteristic effectively suppresses high-frequency noise, and is mainly used in scenarios requiring dual-channel protection such as multi-channel sensor interfaces, industrial control buses, and power management modules. ESD3V3AP adopts the industry-standard SOT23 package.
