ESDLLC5V0D06BH is a bidirectional single-channel ESD protection diode designed to provide precision protection for high-speed signal lines. The device supports a reverse working voltage of 5V and a reverse breakdown voltage of 6.5V to 9V, ensuring the integrity and stability of single-channel signals during high-speed transmission. Its reverse leakage current is as low as 0.1μA maximum at VRWM. Under transient voltage shocks, the device achieves a clamping voltage of 14V in an 8/20μs pulse test, and can simultaneously conduct a maximum reverse peak pulse current of 4A, providing rapid and effective overvoltage suppression for sensitive circuits.
Complying with the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard, the contact discharge and air discharge protection levels reach ±20kV and ±15kV respectively. The diode capacitance of 0.5pF to 0.6pF optimizes the transmission quality and system electromagnetic compatibility of high-speed data signals such as USB 2.0 and Ethernet. It is widely used in portable electronic devices with strict signal integrity requirements, multimedia interfaces, and other scenarios that require ultra-low capacitance and high reliability single-channel protection solutions.
