ESDSRVLC05-4 is a unidirectional four-channel ESD protection diode with ultra-low capacitance characteristics, designed to protect multiple high-speed signals. The device supports a reverse working voltage of 5V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 6V, ensuring independent and stable operation of multiple signals under various working conditions. Its reverse leakage current is as low as 1μA maximum at VRWM. Under transient voltage shock, the device achieves a clamping voltage of 12V to 16V in an 8/20μs pulse test, and can simultaneously conduct a maximum reverse peak pulse current of 5A, providing precise overvoltage control for four channels.
Complying with the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard, the contact discharge and air discharge protection levels reach ±15kV and ±10kV respectively. The diode capacitance as low as 0.3pF to 0.8pF optimizes the transmission quality of high-speed data signals and system electromagnetic compatibility. It is suitable for consumer electronics products, mobile communication devices and other occasions that require ultra-low capacitance, high reliability and multi-channel protection solutions with strict signal integrity requirements. ESDSRVLC05-4 adopts the industry-standard SOT23-6L package.
