NRESDLC24VAPBETH is an ESD protection diode for Ethernet applications, designed to provide critical protection for high-speed network interfaces. The device supports a reverse working voltage of 24V, and its reverse leakage current is as low as 0.1μA maximum at VRWM. Under transient voltage shock, the device can effectively divert a maximum reverse peak pulse current of 2.0A. Its ESD protection performance fully complies with the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard, and the contact discharge and air discharge protection levels are both ±30kV.
The 2pF diode capacitance is critical to maintaining the integrity of high-speed Ethernet signals and helps optimize system-level electromagnetic compatibility. It is mainly used in automotive Ethernet, industrial network equipment, and other Ethernet interface scenarios that require low capacitance and high reliability transient overvoltage protection. NRESDLC24VAPBETH adopts the industry-standard SOT-23 package.
