The US1A-US2A SMA series of high-efficiency surface-mount rectifier diodes utilizes a standard SMA package and is optimized for general-purpose, high-density circuit designs. They offer two current ratings: the US1A supports an average rectification current of 1A, while the US2A increases this to 2A. Both series cover seven reverse voltage ranges from 50V to 1000V. Ultra-fast recovery technology achieves a reverse recovery time of 50ns and a forward voltage drop as low as 1.0V. A glass-passivated chip junction ensures high-temperature stability, with a reverse leakage current of only 5μA at the rated voltage of 25°C. The entire series is compliant with EU RoHS directives, and the standard 2.2mm package height and lightweight 0.055g design are suitable for industrial layouts.
The US1A features significantly improved junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 75°C/W, while the US2A reduces this to 65°C/W, with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of only 20°C/W. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +150°C, it is suitable for 60Hz half-wave rectification of resistive or inductive loads. Driving capacitive loads requires a 20% current derating. These devices are MIL-STD-750 certified for welding and offer peak surge currents of 30A and 50A, respectively. They provide reliable solutions for communication base station power supplies, server redundancy modules, and rectifier circuits in industrial automation equipment, meeting the efficiency and space requirements of common scenarios.
