The ES1AW-ES1JW series of surface-mount ultra-fast recovery rectifiers, housed in a SOD-123FL package, are optimized for high-performance electronic systems. They offer seven voltage ratings, covering reverse voltage levels from 50V to 600V, supporting an average rectification current of 1A and withstanding a peak surge current of 30A. Ultra-fast recovery technology achieves a reverse recovery time of 35ns with a typical junction capacitance of only 15pF. A built-in stress relief structure combined with glass passivation ensures a low forward voltage drop of 1.0V even in high-temperature environments.
The entire series is compliant with EU RoHS directives, featuring an ultra-thin 1.1mm package and an extremely lightweight 15mg design that overcomes space limitations. With a thermal resistance of 85°C/W based on a 5×5cm copper pad, the series operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and is suitable for 60Hz half-wave rectification of resistive or inductive loads. Capacitive loads require a 20% current derating. The device is MIL-STD-750 solder-certified and features a low reverse leakage current of 5μA at a rated voltage of 25°C. It provides a highly energy-efficient solution for rectifier circuits in notebook adapters, power tool battery management, and smart home power supplies.
