The 3RL-8×10 series is a high power density leaded three-electrode gas discharge tube designed for common mode protection in extreme surge environments. The series provides multiple DC breakdown voltages from 75V to 600V with a tolerance of ±20%, and its 1kV/μs impulse spark overvoltage range is 600V to 1400V, ensuring high-precision threshold response. The device maintains an ultra-low inter-electrode capacitance of ≤1pF and a high insulation resistance of ≥10 GΩ to ensure the transmission quality of high-speed differential signals such as power communication systems. The three-electrode architecture supports three-phase collaborative working mode and can repeatedly handle 10kA common mode surge current and 50Hz AC 10A discharge under 8/20μs waveform.
Complies with ITU-T K.12 standard. The operating temperature covers -40℃ to +90℃, and is mainly used in megawatt-level photovoltaic inverter main circuit protection, rail transit power supply system, high-voltage distribution network equipment and three-phase industrial power supply surge protector. The 3RL-8×10 series adopts a large 8mm × 10mm leaded ceramic package.
