The SK52-SK520 series of surface-mount Schottky rectifier diodes utilize an SMC power package and are designed for high-load applications up to 5A. The entire series covers reverse blocking voltages from 20V to 200V, delivers a continuous average rectified current of 5.0A at a junction temperature of 150°C, and withstands a peak surge current of 150A. These devices achieve ultra-fast reverse recovery time and an ultra-low forward voltage drop of 0.50V-0.95V, significantly reducing high-frequency switching losses. They are RoHS and WEEE certified, and their terminals are compatible with a 260°C/10-second reflow soldering process.
At 25°C, reverse leakage current is only 0.5mA at rated voltage, and the junction-to-pin thermal resistance maintains 20°C/W, ensuring thermal stability at the full 5A current rating. Operating temperatures span the industrial range of -55°C to +150°C. The package features laser cathode marking and tin-plated terminals, complying with the JESD22-B102D standard. Its ultra-thin 1.52mm height makes it suitable for automated production lines. The compact 7.75mm length optimizes space layout, and combined with a high withstand voltage change rate of 10,000V/μs, it is suitable for high-power systems such as electric vehicle charging modules, industrial inverters, and server power supplies.
