The SS22-SS220 series of SMA-packaged high-current Schottky diodes comply with the JEDEC DO-214AC industry standard. They cover a wide reverse voltage range of 20V to 200V, support 2A average continuous forward current, and withstand 50A non-repetitive half-sine wave surges of 8.3ms. Schottky barrier technology achieves an ultra-low forward voltage drop of 0.55V, and a 100V reverse leakage current of only 0.1mA at 150°C. A high-voltage transient response of 10,000V/μs combined with a thermal conductivity of 35°C/W ensures robustness in high-current switching scenarios.
The lead-free terminals are JESD22-B102D solder-certified and support 260°C/10-second reflow soldering. Operating temperatures extend from -55°C to 150°C, and laser cathode marking optimizes efficiency in high-density assembly. The tiny 4.7mm × 2.8mm package achieves double the current density, providing a high-performance solution for server power supplies, industrial inverters, power tool drives, and new energy charging stations. Its low conduction loss significantly improves system energy efficiency and is suitable for high-frequency, high-power switching circuit designs.
