The SMD1812L-900-12V is a high-current surface-mount polymeric PTC resettable fuse engineered to protect low-voltage electronic systems from overcurrent and short-circuit conditions. Using an 1812 footprint, it delivers a 9.0A hold current and 12V maximum operating voltage. The device quickly transitions to a high-resistance state during fault events and automatically resets once normal conditions are restored, making it ideal for power input modules, industrial electronics and battery-powered equipment.
